Terry Bolton found a great setting to explore while talking about his process to find a good spot in a new lake. This video is fun to watch from the beginning to the end. Terry focuses on the process rather than catching fish until he has scoped out the lake. He takes a different approach than other pros have in teaching how to find where the fish are.

He tries different lures according to the depth of the water rather than a particular habitat. He likes to start with shallow water first and work out to deeper water over the day. He includes a spider jig and crankbait. He talks you through his technique and is very informative. Meanwhile he does hook some hard fighting bass along the way. The shots of the bass and the banks of the lake in the background are great. I would certainly like to be there, too.
