Nailing Largemouth Bass in a Roadside Canal After a Storm…

Do you want to get charged up by continual action? Our fisherman gets a hit on his frog and lands a 2.86 lb bass on his first cast.
The next bass required a few or more casts next to the weeds but doesn’t take long as you watch his technique and he shows us his top water frog lure.  Note what gear he uses.  He moves along the roadside canal and is able to find bass in many spots beside the weeds.  The bass tend to be about 2 lb each but some are 2.5 to 4 lbs.  Watch where he casts and his lure action so you could repeat it if you find a similar environment!  It seems like he would be tired after catching several bass but he keeps moving and casting down the canal.

It is a good thing that he is commited to fish and release.  This guy really hauls in the bass.  Try to count how many 1.5 to 4.0 lb bass he catches in one morning.
